CVPCSD Contracts with 49er Water
Who is charged with the day to day operation of the CVPCSD Water Plant and they are responsible for repairs of our major transmission lines throughout the CVPCSD juridictions.
Luis Ching. Luis is employed by 49er Water to oversee the entire district and is ultimately responsible for the CVPCSD system. Luis holds a Treatment Plant Operator Certification level: T5 and a Distribution System Operator Certification level: D4
Gerry LaBudde. Gerry is currently the shift leader while providing oversight for the District’s water treatment plant, distribution and storage facilities. Gerry has been a licensed water treatment plant and distribution system operator for over 20 years, and through Hydros Engineering. Gerry provides on-call engineering services for a number of small water districts in the region. Gerry has been providing engineering services, including planning, design and construction management services for a number of water/sewer districts in the Sierra Foothills and the Sacramento/San Joaquin Valley since 1996.

Tyler Austin. Tyler has been a licensed water treatment plant and distribution system operator for several years and provides day to day operations at the water plant and distribution system. Tyler provides day to day to day operations activities at the water treatment plant.

Cameron Austin. Cameron has been a licensed water treatment operator for several years and provides day to day operations at the Christian Valley water plant and distribution system.
