We also deeply apologize for the quality of audio and the visual recordings: We "VIRTUALLY" had to scramble to meet the COVID-19 Governor Newsom ordered BROWN ACT requirements that we had little time or equipment to accommodate the changes in how we conduct meetings. 

For those of you unaware, CVPCSD does not have building to hold our Board Meetings, we were graciously given the use of the Placer Nature Center and prior to that the CCC Camp board room, (but do to their construction and the COVID related restrictions, it "VIRTUALLY" left us with no choice but, to use the Director and General Manager's private residences to conduct the Districts business.

Again we offer our apologizes for the poor quality, and thank you for your understanding in these times of calamities.
